My 2008-9 Appln No. 1967714 and 2013-14 Appln No 690107064. I paid the 2014-15 tax today through netbanking and an amount of Rs. 11798 has been deducted, but no receipt was generated. Please check. Form used - V.

The compliant still is unresoved close to 2 months. The money is debited from my account and receipt not generated. Please resolve soon.
