Dear Sir/Madam,

There are a number of petty shops on 2nd Main road around Mini Forest park in JP Nagar 3rd Phase selling coffee/tea/cigarettes. Large group of employees of companies in the neighborhood gather around these shops and smoke. This is severe during evening hours 5-8 pm causing second hand smoke inhalation to walkers inside the park. Please strictly enforce the rules "Smoking in public spaces, including pavements and areas outside parks, is prohibited in Bengaluru under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA)" with fines for smoking in public.
