Dear BBMP/Solid Waste Management Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue of irregular garbage collection in our locality. For the past few months, the garbage collection personnel have not been visiting our area regularly. Currently, they are coming only once every three days, which is causing significant inconvenience and hygiene concerns.

Moreover, there is no fixed timing for garbage collection. Sometimes they arrive at 6:30 AM, other times at 11:30 AM or even 2:00 PM. This inconsistency makes it difficult for residents to keep garbage outside, and as a result, stray dogs often scatter and smash the garbage, creating a mess on the streets. We are forced to clean the road ourselves to maintain basic hygiene.

This situation is not only unhygienic but also poses health risks to the residents. We kindly request you to take immediate action to:

• Ensure daily garbage collection in our area.
• Maintain a consistent and predictable collection time.
• Monitor the performance of the collection staff.

We hope for a prompt resolution to this issue to help maintain cleanliness and public health in our neighborhood.
