I have been following up with the Thanisandra BBMP office for the last 6 months regarding my property tax payment and e-Khata application. Despite paying the required fees to the concerned person, no progress has been made. The officials are not responding properly. Kindly take necessary action and help resolve this issue at the earliest.

The staff at Thanisandra BBMP office do not respond properly, speak rudely, and often ignore the public. There is no discipline or respect shown. They intentionally delay work and ignore follow-ups. Officers come late around 1 or 2 PM and leave early by 3 or 4 PM. Whenever we visit, we are told that the concerned person is not available. Whether it is for E-Khata, property tax, or any other work the same issue continues. This has been happening for a long time and no action has been taken. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take strict action and resolve this issue to serve the public better.
