There is a work going on for laying large pipelines at Kanakanagar, Hebbal, where main road connecting to 14,15,16,17,18 crosses is completely blocked and there is no way to go to our routine works like shops, offices, colleges etc.  It is pity that there is not even a way to 2-wheeler connecting main road.  Yesterday rain has worsened the situation.  It is a request to make at least a way for 2- wheeler to take care of emergencies including health emergencies.  I hope you will understand and do the needful.
