Project Name BBMP - GPMS Complaint Raised Date 13-12-2025
Subject Immediate Attention: Please instruct to the Contractor to Repair of Damaged Drain Slab Packing Required During Tarring Work
Complaint / Requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am sharing photographs of the damaged 6-inch concrete slabs in front of my house, which were removed citing road tarring work. As my house is located at the dead end of the road, I am concerned that the gaps created between the drain slabs after removing the concrete packing may not be properly refilled. This removal appeared unnecessary and has resulted in safety concerns.

The affected location is No. 531, 4th Main, 8th Cross, HBR Layout, 1st Stage, 2nd Block, Bengaluru – 560043.

I kindly request the BBMP authorities to inspect the site and ensure proper restoration while carrying out the tarring work at the earliest.

Thank you for your support.

Jose Joseph Vettickal.

I kindly request the BBMP Authority to direct the concerned contractor to rectify the damage caused to the drain slab packing concrete during the ongoing road tarring work, as it has created safety concerns. The damaged areas may please be properly restored while the tarring work is in progress.

Thank you for your prompt attention.
