I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in processing my B?to?A Khata Single Plot Approval application, even after completion of field verification and site inspection.

As per the BBMP endorsement, my case was sent for field verification and I was informed that the process may take up to 45 days, and that I should not meet any officials in person and that the application would be processed automatically. In accordance with this, I have not approached any official personally or paid any amount other than the prescribed fee.
Further, the BBMP representative has already visited the site for inspection. He contacted us multiple times, we coordinated and accompanied him, and we showed him all relevant site details and boundaries during the visit. Despite this, more than 50 days have passed since the application was received, and the online status on the B?to?A Khata portal remains unchanged.

Kindly review my application and inform me of the current status and any pending requirements, if any.

Expedite the processing of my Single Plot Approval and issuance of A?Khata, as the stipulated 45?day period has already been exceeded even after completion of site inspection.
