I am writing to urgently request the removal of a tree located at the front of Site No. 11, Copper House Revenue Layout, Near ISRO Head Quarters, RMV 2nd Stage, Bangalore – 560094. This tree poses a significant danger to both life and property and is a major cause of several issues.

The tree presents a critical hazard for the following reasons:

• Danger to Life and Property: The tree is in an unstable position, with its trunk growing from the drain and its branches hanging over my property. Its location is a direct risk to the proposed construction of my house, as its potential to fall could cause severe damage to the foundation and the building. This also poses a serious threat to the safety of construction workers on site.
• Obstruction to Construction: We are planning to begin construction on a new building at the site. However, the tree's roots may directly impede the foundation work, making it impossible to move forward with the project.
• Damage to Public Infrastructure: The tree's root system is causing damage to the culverts and is obstructing the natural flow of rainwater in the drain. This is a significant concern that could lead to severe waterlogging and flooding in the street, especially during the rainy season.

I kindly request your prompt action to inspect the location and facilitate the removal of the tree. Your swift intervention is essential to prevent a potential disaster.
