This is Sujan Ghosh, resident of kattigenagalli, venkateshwarya layout, yelahanka, Bang-64

I am writing to bring to your attention two ongoing issues in our layout that require urgent intervention.

1. Irregular Wet Garbage Collection:
   Despite repeated follow-ups, the wet garbage in our layout is not being collected consistently. The waste collectors often assure us that they will return in the second round, but unfortunately, they do not. I have also contacted the supervisor, who repeatedly mentions that the collection time is over and it will be addressed the next day. Meanwhile, waste from outside the layout (just 10 meters away) is being picked up regularly at morning, while our section is being ignored with excuse it will be picked in second round.

This negligence is causing hygiene concerns, as the uncollected garbage is being scattered by stray dogs, often dragged in front of houses and even into residential premises.

2. Street Dog Menace:
   There is a growing issue of stray dogs in our layout. These dogs are frequently seen rummaging through waste, pulling garbage bags, and leaving waste in front of homes. At night, they become aggressive and have been seen chasing pedestrians, posing a serious safety risk to residents—especially children and elderly people.

Given that we are paying ?5,500 annually as part of the solid waste management tax, we respectfully request prompt action to address the following:

• Ensure daily and timely garbage collection within the layout without excuses or delays.

• Take appropriate measures to manage or relocate the stray dogs that are causing health and safety concerns.

We sincerely hope that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take swift action
