I have been registering complaint with BBMP for dog vaccination and sterilization at ward 197. There is no action, they keep redirecting itbto Uday Kumar, who says it is not under his scope, then I have contacted Mr Krishna, Mrs Asha, ShivKumar etc etc...everytime I get a new number and also the customer care male executives are unprofessional.

This was not the case earlier.
