Organization-wise list of cases in which Commision has not received information about implementation of its advice

The Commission tenders its advice after due consideration of all the facts presented before it and any delay in the implementation of its advice reflects poorly on the state of vigilance administration in the organizations concerned.The commission notes with concern that at the end of the year 2010,as many as 1498 cases were pending for over six months for the implementation of the commission's first stage advice. During the same period, 848 cases were pending for the implementation of the second stage advice of the commission beyond six months.The organisation-wise details of these cases are given below.
