Organization-Wise details of Punishments imposed in respect of cases where Commission's advice was obtained

An analysis of organization-wise break uo of imposed by hte disciplinary authorities concerned in cases where the Commission's advice was obtained, indicates that D/o Personnel & Training(AIS) has issued sanction for prosecution in 90 cases, Central Board of Excise & Customs in 64 cases, M/o Railways in 28 cases and M/o Home Affairs in 10 cases. The complete list giving organization wise break up of the number of cases where either sanction for prosecution has been accorded or a penalty has been imposed on the public servaqnts on Commission's advice is given in below.
