Owner of Plot No. 32 at Prestige Whistling Palms, ECC Road Whitefield Bengaluru 560066, is constructing a structure violating BBMP guidelines without set back approval. This structure if allowed to build, will create health and safety hazards to me and my residence at plot no. 31. Therefore  kindly requested for your actions to urgently stop the construction and compel the owner to rectify the setbacks to as stipulated by BBMP guidelines.
