Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention the continuous disturbance caused by construction activities in my residential neighbourhood.

The construction work frequently begins as early as 6:30 AM, including on Sundays and other holidays. On some occasions, construction-related activities, including the unloading and delivery of sand and other materials, take place as late as 12:00 midnight, creating loud noise and severely disturbing residents’ sleep and peace.

Such activities at these hours are unreasonable in a residential area and are affecting the quality of life of the residents. We should not have to endure construction noise during early morning hours, late at night, or on Sundays.

I request BBMP to kindly inspect the site, verify whether the construction activities comply with the applicable permitted working hours and noise regulations, and take appropriate action to ensure that these disturbances stop.

Please treat this as a formal complaint and take the necessary steps to protect the peace and well-being of residents in the area.

I would appreciate an update on the action taken regarding this complaint.
