I am a resident of No.88, 2nd cross, Vannarpet Layout, Viveknagar Post, Bengaluru- 47. My next-door neighbour at No.89, 2nd cross, Vannarpet Layout, Viveknagar Post, Bengaluru- 47 is carrying out construction that appears to be beyond the approved/sanctioned building plan.

The construction is currently ongoing, and I request your urgent intervention before the unauthorised work is completed. The suspected violations include construction beyond approved limits and possible setback violations. We are not sure if legal approvals are in place.

I request BBMP/GBA to:

1. Conduct an immediate site inspection.
2. Verify the construction against the sanctioned building plan.
3. Stop any unauthorised construction immediately.
4. Issue necessary notice/action against the owner/builder if violations are found.
5. Provide me with the complaint reference number and action taken report.

I am attaching photos/videos of the ongoing construction for your reference.

Please treat this as urgent, as the construction is progressing quickly.
