Respected sir/Madam
I am writing to bring to your attention the repeated damage to the road at bagalugunte ward no 14, #42, First Main, First cross, behind Widia Poorna School, munikondappa layout, Nagasandra post, Bangalore-560073, Despite previous complaints and requests for repair, the road continues to remain in a damaged condition, causing considerable inconvenience to residents, commuters, and pedestrians and also building corner point got damaged and its a matter of building safety since such heavy loaded trucks toches the whole building will collapse.
The damaged road, with potholes and an uneven surface, poses a serious risk to public safety and may lead to accidents, particularly for two-wheeler riders and pedestrians. The recurring damage also raises concerns about the quality and durability of the repair work carried out previously.
It is disappointing that the problem persists despite repeated complaints. I therefore request the concerned authorities to:
- Conduct an immediate inspection of the damaged road.
- Undertake proper and permanent road repair rather than temporary patchwork.
- Investigate the reasons for repeated road damage and take corrective measures.
- Ensure that the repair work meets the required quality standards.
- Provide an update on the action taken regarding this complaint.
I request your urgent intervention to resolve this long-standing issue and prevent further inconvenience and potential accidents.
